The moon is currently the closest its been to Earth in quite a while (yes, even closer than late last year when it was the “closest its been to Earth in quite a while…”) Anyway, I thought I’d have a go at trying to take a decent photo of the moon. This is the best out of a hundred or so photos I took over a 45 minute period. I must say, it looked better on the tiny 1-inch display one my camera, than it does up there, that said it still way better than some of my previous attempts. I think I really need something with way more than 4x optical zoom if I’m going to take a decent photo of it.
